Who is the biggest surprise to make the team?
I'll go with Teddy Williams.

I'll go with Kowalski at Center.

Who is the biggest surprise to be a pseudo starter (i.e. 3rd WR, 2nd TE, slot CB, P and K returners, etc..)?
I'll go with Danny Coale as a returner.

Not really the 2nd TE, but I'll go with Jermey Parnell as the blocking TE. My 2nd choice would be Geathers.

Kevin Ogletree - At this point, everyone has him being cut because they are sick of him (myself included), I think most people will be surprised if he makes the team.

Who is the biggest surprise to start?
Phil Costa - Another guy everyone is sick of, but I'd be surprised if either Nagy or Kowalski steal the job from him as long as he's on the roster.

Who is the biggest surprise to be a pseudo starter (i.e. 3rd WR, 2nd TE, slot CB, P and K returners, etc..)?
James Hannah - This would be a surprise for me since I'm not sure he's ready, but I could see him being worked in early in different ways.

Surprise contributor:
Dwayne Harris - As soon as Coale showed up, everyone forgot about Harris who got the same fan fare last year. With a year under his belt and a continued role on special teams, he has a chance to stick and I think he just may be more ready for an increased role at receiver than Coale.

Surprise contributor...Matt McBriar since he isn't even on the team at this point, but I can hope.
