Why is that most of the media idiots think our Cowboys will be the NFC best? Okay, that's BS, but...

Yeah, "MEDIA IDIOTS from the TICKET".

While we all dream our team is best. Why do idiots like that "GreenGay" 'Tatt-wearin - Favre worshipping ******' on "The Ticket" keep on making fun of us REAL DALLAS COWBOYS fans? Why can't that boy go back to GreenGay and work as a who-cares Greengay worshipping punk instead of making himself out to be a complete GOMER here in Dallas?

Sorry, but our local media has been poor for years, I'm sick of listening in on guys who should be a ("DJ") for some other team long and far away.

Like it or not, their job is not to be Cowboys fans or homers. Speaking of THE TICKET, Norm is the best and pretty spot-on with his Cowboys takes. Frankly, I'd rather that that a bunch of homers.

I don't listen to the Ticket (just don't care to), but I read this excuse from local Dallas sports writers all of the time. Yes, their job is not to be a Cowboys fan or homer. That being said, their job is not to be a Cowboys hater either. Also, their job is to use factual, accurate and logical reasoning.

I detest homer reporting as well, but using non-factual, inaccurate and illogical reasoning in order to criticize a team is just as bad.

If you are refering to Bob Sterm, then you have to realize that's a part of his bit. He makes no bones about being a Packer fan (and a Brewers fan for what it's worth.). He's from Wisconsin, grew up there and still has a passion for the team he grew up watching. No biggie.

If you actually listen to himk, you would realize that he knows what he is talking about more times than not. He's not just the guy in the next cube, ya know.

I love Pandora Radio. I've got four stations setup of different genres. Planning to add more when I get a chance.

I like it because it gives me a chance to listen to music I otherwise wouldn't be familiar with or even consider buying, and gives me a chance to add different goodies to my IPOD collection. I'm on a Smooth Jazz kick right now. And nobody yelling at me about getting a new truck I don't need or some such. That's nice.

BTW, if anyone in the DFW area wants an alternative to The Ticket there's 1460 AM Fox Sports radio which I was oblivious to until recently. It's a pretty straight ahead sports prgm, not personality driven (exception: Jim Rome who i avoid), and less ad time than the bigger stations.

I've lived in Philly for the past 2.5 years and have stopped listening to The Little Ticket altogether. I was a huge P1 once upon a time.

How healthy is the Ticket these days? I know they got the Cowboys, but lost Greggo.

Any real news?

They're still doing well ratings-wise and I kind of like the new Hardline without the Hammer. They basically increased Corby's and Danny's roles.

BaD radio added a guy named Donovan as a third person. He basically plays a role similar to what Corby used to on the Hardline. BaD radio is still my favorite show.

Norm is still Norm.

The Musers are still going strong. I love their fake Wade. It is so spot on. They basically play him up as "slow" and fake Jerry is usually on with him. Fake Jerry always ends the interview by asking the Musers "You see what I'm up against here?". It's good radio man. Good radio.

I'm still a huge P1 and have been for..jeez...10+ years now.

I guess the whole thing is that I expect local radio to talk about our Cowboys like NORM does. And yes, there are two other sports stations to listen to, but I expected so much more than talking about what's gay or not and to hear how some greanbay fan feels about farve everyday.

I've been a Cowboys fan ever since I can remember. Iexpected our local media to understand what it is to be a "COWBOYS" fan. Remember looking to the sideline to see coach Landry? Yeah, remember that chill up your spine and the feeling of pride?

Our local media makes me want to throw up now. I swear they would report the size of someone's ____ if they thought it would sell commercials. I wish other team's homers would go home. I turn my radio on to hear info on my favorite team that happens to play 35 miles away. Unless Brett Farve becomes Tony Romo's backup,....who cares?

As far as norm goes... that man "IS" sports and all it means.

They are about the same really.
I can absolutely not stand the Musers and the Hardline is hit and miss.
I like BaD radio and Norm. Those two shows actually talk sports.

Ratings-wise they are 12th in the area and just under twice as much in ratings as ESPN 103.3

I much prefer 103.3 most of the time however.

Glad to hear that the little Ticket is still alive and still on top.

I don't even listen online anymore. It's sad that something I once thought I could not live without, seems almost trivial to me now.

Oh well,
Stay Hard!
