The Time is Nye

Pittman...you are a top 5 poster of all time on here. Glorious. And the responses from those that aren't "enlightened in the diet tribe" are such gold! Lol Woody Dantzler

Good morning friends,

It's 10:21am in the greatest sports city in the entire Milky Way. I truly hope this offseason has been good to you and yours. I'm sure, like here in the Bay, you have had little to no drama with the team and were just clicking off days of the calendar to get to Thursday, August 29, 2019 AC. Excuse me as I go off on a diet tribe with you, my friends.

This is a big one folks...this is where the thermometer shows how our teams will fair during the 2019-2020 NFL League season. Look back at the history books. Many a Super Bowl champion has been victorious in the last preseason game and gone on to further riches. It's important to get out of the gates with a win, but it's just as important to win before you get in the gates.

A horse needs to know it can win, before it CAN win.- Robert Redford

From a 6,000 foot view, both our teams are destined for greatness. We both have professionals at every position. Just think about that one for a moment...EVERY position. How many other teams can say the same? From top to bottom and from north to south, talent is abundant. Don't stop there though...let's look at the sidelines and the HFC (head football coach) of each. Both Garrett and Arians have tasted success on many levels. These guy know how to coach football. The support they give to their players, day in and day out, has no parallel. Your QB and Jameis are lucky to have these football wizards to provide wizardry and leadership.

This evening's contest will be something for the ages. The Buccaneers are set to unleash Vincent Testaverde Jr. to those in attendance at the Darth Star. The Pewter Pirates have done and admirable job in keeping their lips tight about this man and his legendary pedagree. Since this is gameday, I hope this thread can unravel and become a great springboard to discussions about the contest this evening. What are you looking for tonight? Will Dak keep the starting job or will he be looking over his shoulder at the young upstart in the backup role? Will Sean Lee and Jay Smith be able to get to Jameis tonight as he is protected by his premier OL?

More than anything, I am happy that I'm visiting today to talk gridiron football with each of you.

Predictions?

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Super Bowl Champions) - 27
dal - 6

Statisticals
Winston - 17-21, 293 yards, 3 TDs (2 pass, 2 rush)
Barber - 12 rush, 115 yards, 1 TD
Pittman - 0 rush, 0 yards
Evans - 7 receptions, 108 yards, 2 TDs (0 picks)

Prescott - 10-31, 212 yards, 2 TDs, 1 INT (pick six)
Elliott - 9 rush, 75 yards, 1 TD
Dantzler - 3 rush, 13 yards, 0 TD

Preseason game.

Blaine Nye retired in the 1970's, and I think the OP will be passed out before the game starts.

Evidently the supply has in Tampa Bay arrived from a cartel south of the border.

Looked like Tampa threw the pick 6

For crying out loud...

My fingers were misplaced on the keyboard. Sorry guys. I forgot what I typed. I'm sure it was important though and would add substances to the discussion.
Wait...does this mean nothing? Have I been trying to decipher gibberish?

I have seen this guy in person at various training camp practices and all

Good morning and a Happy Friday to all my friends here,

It was hyped as a battle of the ages and it did not disappoint. Both teams fought, struggled, and fought throughout the entire game. We saw turnovers, we saw pain, we saw sweat, we saw tears, we saw exhillerance, we saw enchantment, we saw it all in a span of three hours. Your team has potential and I wish you nothing but the smoothest of waters during your journey through this season.

Good luck and see you soon.
