This team is full with a lot of young guys who are our best players, mixed in with some vets. These young guys bring the attitude, the nastiness, the hunger, and they back it up!!!! Can anyone remember our players being this good, mean etc in the Garrett regime? I feel like our players were in the mold of our head coach.

With guys like Quinn, Harris, Mike, they seem to love this atmosphere which is suited well for this team. So how about it, are you in love with how this team conpetes and scraps, or do you just want them to shut up and play? Please give your thoughts.....

Very true, we had the nicest most passive players I can remember in the Garrett years. Great guys but no nastiness. Now we got some attitude, nastiness, big dawg alphas. One of my favorite moments of the last couple years is when Parsons walked in the offensive huddle of the Bucs in the playoffs. That’s what I want to see. I want to see some intimidation. I like Mazi saying “I don’t like football, I just like to hit people”. That’s what excites me about this season.

It's encouraging, but where they continue to choke is the playoffs. When they make it past the divisional round, that's when hope for the SB can start.

It never hurts to hope even if things don't go your way.
It hurts to believe and then things don't go your way.

I always hope. I'll never stop hoping.

I’m always optimistic going into a season. You never know what’s going to happen. It’s the NFL. Teams can go from 4-13 to 13-4 and win the SB. Lotta folks like to dwell on the negatives. That’s just a waste of time and energy but to each their own.

I agree with you, BUT this is the first deeply talented roster that has more talent on the defense side of the ball. I still believe a dominant D( 14 or less points per game given up ) can win Super Bowls! A dominant D, will allow Dak to be more conservative with the ball, run the ball, play great D, and take what the other D gives.

I am confident in this D, but if we would have picked up Bobby Wagner for 8-10 million per year, I would have been EXTREMELY confident in this D. I hope our LBers step up this year!!!!!! I’m not talking about our DE Micah!

The organization had a plan that is bearing fruit. This is a great time to be a Cowboys fan. This is pretty much their best team in decades and they are setting themselves up to be good in upcoming seasons as well. The only weakness that I see right now is the backup offensive line which I think is a league wide weakness.

As I’ve gotten older. I really try to enjoy the ride. Enjoy each game. Enjoy the wins.

That still gives me the right if/when they fall short again.

But the season is great. I had a ton of fun watching the cowboys the last 2 seasons when they’re winning 12 games.
