I watched a couple games of them this year
They are not as talented as several teams in the league but what I notice when watching them
Their defense is the best part of the team but that is not the only reason they are winning
They play hard for 4 qtrs; they play disciplined football and rarely make a lot of big mistakes.
They rarely have penalties and they execute well.
The defense generates turnovers and gets after people; their special teams do not give up a lot of big returns etc
The offense is the least skilled but they execute the assignments and play hard and they maul people
It starts with the Head Coach
Basically they do everything that Dallas should be doing but does not
