Yeah I agree with that. He is absolutely nuts.

However, I dont see anything different about what he is saying about helping people and teaching his beliefs and his arrogant if you dont know get out of the way attitude from any other religious preacher. that is basically what all christian ministers, priests, deacons etc. talk about and every other religious person trying to send their message.

Its all kooky to me. And the smug only we can help you and if you dont know get out of the way is shared by all religions.

but cruise is especially kooky. He should do some comedies.

and another thing, if he started the video by sliding in front of a tall mirror in boxers, half the country would probably believe him a little more.

Your comments are amusing because Aetheists have the same attitude you condemn religious organizations for. You are giving off the same smug attitude of "If you believe in religion, you are an idiot and not worthy of being in my presence" You are doing the exact same thing that you are condeming religious leaders for doing.

I have a problem with people who adhere too strongly to any religion or philosophy. To me it's always been about people. My religion is helping others and being good to others regardless of their background or faith. My form of worship is doing what I can to serve others. People get so caught up in trying to have the better religion or philosophy that they forget about basic things like being good to your fellow human being. If someone wants to be a scientologist, mormon, a christian, an aetheist etc. fine, but be good to your fellow human being.

good grief here we go.

A. You dont know me at all.
B. I am not an atheist.
C. I basically agree with every word you typed in your second paragraph.
D. I dont judge people by their religion unless they judge me with theirs first.

and oh by the way, I was just pointing out the talking points of cruise's are basically the same as any other religion.

Most religions have the same BASIC beliefs, just differences as regards Jesus or Mohammed or BUddha, etc. Its the oddball ones that cause most of the problems. Islamic fundamentalists are way out over the edge of Islam; just like Jehovah's Witnesses, etc are way out on the edge of Christianity.

What problems do Jehovah's Witnesses cause? Waking you up on Saturday morning? lmao...I can definitely see how they compare to Islamic fundamentalists.

I'd look to the Christian fundamentalism that guides our leaders as the REAL fanatics in the Christian realm.
