If I had seen this quarterback change coming, it may have udderly vaulted you guys into the top 10. Unfortunately I finished this list a couple hours ago.

Below is an updated power ranking of sorts for the first 1/3 of the season. These are subject to change.

1. The Pewter Pirates - Led by Bucco Bruce Bradkowski, this team is on a tear. We haven't lossed a game in over 17 days and counting. Cadillac is just getting started and our offensive genius is salivating over the possibilities of this offense.

2. The Indianapolis Colts - They're this high for one reason...Tony Dungy. I don't like their defense and they lossed the Mike Doss (UOS grad) for the season. Payton Manning is coming around.

3. The San Diego Chargers - Phillip Rivers is making the Chargers front office happy. That's a good move by him. Tomlinson remains the #1 tailback.

4. The Cincinnati Bengals - Carson Palmer reminds me of a poor man's Dan Marino. He makes crisp decisions and isn't afraid to throw touchdowns.

5. The Jacksonville Jaguars - Sure, they lossed to the Texans, but the Texans are almost undefeated. This is a team that's built on offense and defense as well as special teams.

6. The Atlanta Falcons - Anytime you have Michael Wayne Vick at your disposal, you're in virtually every Falcons football game. I have circled the next Atlanta/Tampa Bay game as that could very well determine if Atlanta finishes second or lower to the Pirates.

7. The Indianapolis Colts - Just to show how much respect I have for Dungy, I'm listing the Colts twice.

8. The Seattle Seahawks - It's possible they could fall lower than this in the coming weeks because of Matt "Don't Hassel the Beck"'s injury. I look for him to play again when he's healthy.

9. The Kansas City Chiefs - Vermeil's attitude and determination still runs rampant within the Chiefs organization. Huard looks to be the next Tom Brady. Good to see Green is back practicing.

10. The New England Patriots - When you have a guy like Belichik at the controls, it's not hard to find a reason not to keep the Patriots not in the top 10.

Thoughts?

Bucs #1? Bucs offense was poor but thankfully Barber had 2 ints for TD and they hit a 62 yarder or else the eagles win that game

I understand this was supposed to be funny and all, but I'm still searching for the humor. Maybe I'm just in a bad mood or something...

Mike Doss a grad of UOS? I think its OSU u moron.

I don't know what's funnier... this post, or the fact that everytime Pittman4Two makes one of these posts, it never fails someone will call him a moron. That's what makes these posts so great.

Are you posting this on every teams message board? I just saw this same post on ExtremeSkins.

I think that "NFL League" is redundant.

I also think that the Bucs obviously have their own "LeotisBrown."
