Only in Dallas or Cleveland would this be acceptable. Actually, at least every few years the Browns owner tries to change things up. and brings in a new staff. Then ask,how many GM's in any sport would still have their job after not winning even a conference championship in 22 years, let alone a league championship.

Properly managed, the Cowboys should at least be doing what the Chiefs have done under Andy Reid with Alex Smith at QB. They made 3 out of the last 4 playoffs, and probably do it again this year. People joke about Andy Reid's clock management, but he runs a better organization that the Cowboys have in the 21st century, and it's really obvious.

Losing 1 season to Romo croaking in 2015 was fair, but beyond that all their struggles have been self-inflicted organizational stupidity on multiple levels.
