Everyone knows the team, including the defense, has been sloppy the last few weeks. We also know last year and especially this year, Romo has gotten the team out of alot of tough spots.

If this team can learn to consistently play clean sound football (like today), I think it will make all the difference in the world when Romo comes back for the second half of the season.

Romo's explosiveness plus everyone else playing sound, is a ticket straight to the playoffs and beyond.

The offense had issues, I know, but I think Brad Johnson is the biggest issue there.

This is true. Man, if there is any way we can sneak out a win against the Giants and then have Romo coming back after the bye with our team playing soundly, we're in for a really good second half of the year.

It was certainly my silver lining heading into this whole mess.

If no Romo for up to 4 weeks, means this team would up its intensity and commitment to detail, than it might just be worth it. In fact if all ends well, people may point back to this time as the catalyst. The necessary struggle this team needed.

I would love it if we won, but even if we lose if we can get guys healthy and go to Washington and beat them, we'd be in decent shape with what should be W's vs San Fran and Seattle coming up. The Washington game is bigger than next weeks game IMO because we've already lost to them once. We get NYG at home again.

December looks tough, but if we can get to December at 8-4 or 7-5 I think we have a good shot. At Pittsburgh will be otuhg, but their OL has huge issues in pass protection just like ours, and their secondary has holes too. NYG have to come here, Baltimore's season should be about over when we play them and their offense doesnt scare anybody. Then we close at Philly, who seem to be playing about as mediocre as we have been.

Where is CactusCowboy? Was wondering how he was doing with his new team. Tough loss against the Panthers today.

I feel bad for CC. Good guy who was obviously frustrated and let it go too far.
