I was hoping the Cowboys would show me something last night in Atlanta. All I saw was the same old things:
1. A defense that couldn't get a turnover on Free Pastry Day at the Pepperidge Farm plant.
2. Chinese fire drills on offense and defense, with the play clock ticking away.
3. Dropped passes.
4. 1st down runs that look like Youtube videos of people smacking into closed glass doors.
I guess it's theoretically possible that this season could turn around, but it's hard to be optimistic. I suppose if they changed ALL the locks at Valley Ranch and didn't let Jerry in it could happen. But he appears to be very persistent when he wants in.
