The point is that there's no need to get excited about Wade's possible replacements seeing as how the institutional rot is still firmly in place. I know many think that if you don't agree 100% with them or in any way defend Wade or not defend the media or anyone that attacks him...it somehow means you love wade, see no problems with wade or the team and so on.

It seems they think it is a with us or against us with no middle ground.

When I doubt there are many, if any, that think wade is the greatest coach or that any would rather have another coach of their choice if given that choice.
That does not mean they have to go along with every bashing by fans or media concerning wade, it just does not mean because they don't go along with it that they love him, think he is great or is without flaws.

I like Wade and hope he can get this team over the hump, if he can do that then I'll be more than happy to see him return as the HC of the Cowboys. If he fails then the Cowboys will need to look to someone else.

To me it comes down to 1 thing winning but unlike some I do feel any coach who is hired be it Wade Phillips or someone else, that coach deserves a legit chance to get the job done and a owner willing to back him regardless of what the peanut gallery wants
