The way McCarthy is calling plays shows he has no trust in Dak

Dak and McCarthy both suck. Who cares. Both of them need to be gone by the end of the year alongside Scott Linehan’s imposter. I’m willing to give Quinn one last game/chance to show he can fix things following Diggs injury, but if he can’t stop the anemic Patriots offense, he can leave too.

None of these coaches and players compliment each other. At all.

If Dak is really that bad, that he can't even be trusted to pass w/ the game on the line, then it is beyond time to move on. Rush would've been better last night.
dak job security is very high with the contract being guaranteed , jerry has tied his hands again. McCarthy cannot even bench dak without jerry calling him from the skybox to keep dak in .

I do not think this is a good take. I think the Cowboys were worried about the OL holding up so they called a lot of plays to get the ball out of Dak's hand. I think Dak was sensing the pressure too.

But I will admit, the Cowboys need to try to get the ball downfield more often. I also think they need to get Dak's feet involved down near the goal line.
Wait. You mean missing two future HoF players and a probowl center affects line play? Who else knows about this?

have you seen how many passes dak missed . not to mention the hesitation and the interception,
Yea not many, he was fine. There's nobody open.

The INT was bad, but that's what happens when you are constantly forcing the team into third and long because you wasted time running the ball, especially in the red zone.

People who think Dak was the problem last night have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Not a clue.

he surely was not the only problem . The OL and penalties and being outcoached by gannon who outsmarted our DC and wipped the defense.
The issue is that if the team struggles, dak is not the QB to bail you out . it is becoming glaringly obvious.
If the objective is 10 win seasons etc , then he will do the job.

This is nonsense. What QB meets this standard other than Mahomes and Allen? Jackson can maybe steal you a game with his legs here and there, but that's the end of the list.

No it shows that he is trying to play that stupid TOP, complimentary football game.

No QB can be successful with the game going as it did last night.
Never completely understood this. Keeps the defense fresh sure…but isn’t the goal to score? As easy as possible?

Their QB accounted for a huge chunk of their rushing yardage. They played wide open last year with a lot of downfield passing.

If you think what McCarthy is doing here is in line with what Philly did last year, LOL.
Of course. You must be competent at the short game to make the long game work. Always been that way. Even the Rams ran the ball a ton w/ Marshall Faulk.

No, it is not. That gasses the D and makes you incompetent in the 4th. Ask ATL and SF.

Nope. Wrong. Dobbs had a 44-yard run on their second play of the game on 2nd and 8.

TOP does not matter. Explosives matter, and when you get those you can control the clock. The only way an offense is one dimensional is if it can't create explosives. You have a backwards opinion of what makes good NFL offenses. The Cowboys had a terrific run game last night, but it didn't matter, because they couldn't generate big plays.
Nope, you are backwards. We had an inadequate run game last night.

And they both matter, just as it works w/ pretty much everything. One dimensional O's, as you are proposing, get their bums handed to them in the playoffs.

No, you are wrong. Unequivocally. You have absolutely 0 understanding of the modern NFL and it trickles into your interpretation of EVERYTHING. The game has completely passed you by, and your interpretation of what teams should/shouldn't do is totally antiquated.

The Cowboys averaged 5.6 yards per carry for crying out loud. You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

It's the opposite. You don't understand the game.

BTW, what's with all the grade school insults? Can we have a discussion w/o the "Nuh uh, Uh huh" crapp? Let me know if you are capable of discussion, or if it's just hyperbole and childish insults.

this is what a “dak frindly” offense look like…a playbook written in crayon like 2016 (because he is a dumb qb)

u have to give him as little chance to throw the game away with his stupid int that he will throw

threw a stupid int yesterday, lucky sauce drop a pick 6, never got a chance against nyg when it was over in the 2nd q

dak is the same int machine

why jerry and stephen think a qb that does not elevate any one and need a playbook written in crayon is a franchise qb does not make sense to me

It's not 1995. You have an opinion that is distanced from any fact.

Eeeek.

You ignore any and all facts, so take care.
Give me a fact that says the Cowboys didn't run the ball well yesterday, or a fact that says explosives are a product of the short game. Anything.

You never do. You have absolutely 0 data, just a 40-year old opinion. Then you cry about insults when I say your full of it lol
