The way Romo handled Dez was incredible

Too bad he wore his hat backwards. If Only If Only...

Arm talent….absolutely.
Leader…not so much. Good vacation leader.
I have a different take .......I agree not so much OFF the field but good field general. He's a C-type but without him, I'm not sure Dez plays as long as he did. He knew Dez's weaknesses as a route runner. I'm pretty sure he changed lots of plays from the sideline which put Dez at a disadvantage. This is why Dez struggled once Dak began as the starter.........running the correct route were critical.

Romo to a T
Yes, there is a Type C personality, which is characterized by traits like being analytical, detail-oriented, and conflict-avoidant. People with a Type C personality may also be quiet, introverted, and have trouble expressing their emotions.

Man I miss having a true leader with arm talent on our football team.
You would have to go to the days of Troy Aikman. Many questioned Romo’s arm talent and leadership. You must not have been watching the team when he was QB if you think he had arm talent and leadership. lol

he wanted to say, "I'm in love with dak, I'll make crap up to make that choking loser look good. I'll rewrite history for my BF" Did I nail it/?
Yeah, then posts a vid slamming the hell out of Romo. But, I consider the source. But, Romo was a much better QB than the fraud the Cowboys have now, for sure!

Romo had arguably top 3 release and accuracy was never a question im not sure what you're smoking. Romo never had the luxuries Dak had his whole career (o-line, prime zeke, defense) and still found a way to win games. That's a leader.
