OK so here we go, time to stop with all the be S and get down to it. This game against the Bucs has been set up for weeks and it's almost like it was destiny that the Cowboys play Brady since they're 0-7 against him. Personally, I see this as Dak Prescott's biggest game of his career, he'll have to prove to everyone that he can lead America's team to a win and the bottom line is this is his defining moment as a quarterback in the NFL nothing that has happened in the past even comes close to this game. I also need to see if Micah Parsons is really the man on defense, he needs to dominate in this game no question about it so he better go out and prove it. The Cowboys are getting some players back so that's great news because they'll need those guys to beat the Bucs. So how do the Cowboys pull this off, well you better be able to run the ball, especially with Pollard because he'll be a huge factor in whether or not the Cowboys win this game, if he gets going that will keep the chains moving and Brady off of the field. Now I'm a little concerned about cornerback number two, who's going to start, Mullens, Wright, Rhodes I have no idea but regardless Brady will be looking that way. So with that being said how do I see it, Vegas has the line at 2 1/2 and I like that so I'll keep the score close and I'm gonna go with Maher kicking a 60 yard field goal with 5 seconds left to win the game.

Cowboys 23
Bucs 20

This isnt close to a defining moment. TB is sub .500 and Prescott has won a wild card game.

As a franchise QB, and a team that has won 24 games over the last two years, not getting passed the wildcard round again would be an issue that needs to be addresses. Unless you mean defining in a negative light, getting to the final 4 would be their defining moment

The way I see it is it’s a team game. If the team plays poorly it’s not going to matter how well Dak and Parsons do.
Exactly. If you look at the SF loss, that was a total team loss. Run defense got gashed in the first half, and once they settle a bit the offense couldn't move the ball in the 4th

I fear we are going to have a very similar performance somewhere in the playoffs. Dallas is very hard to beat when they play a complete game. But if we dont, things seem to fall apart

This is a defining moment for Dak. If he loses this game he’s 1-4 in the playoffs in his 7 year career. However if we win, he will be the QB with the most wins in the NFC Bracket. Funny how that works.

Just win baby

If Dak comes out and plays like he did against Washington, then Jerry needs to draft a QB and plan to move on. Not saying release Dak, as he will be the QB next season.
But they need to plan ahead. Philly did it with Wentz, and moved on, as they got Hurts. Now I am not sold on hurts as being some great elite QB. But you can't deny the Eagles did the right thing and move on.

Yes it needs to be a complete team game. But your QB needs to still play at good level consistently.

If the Cowboys can't beat the sub 500 Bucs in a playoff game, it's time to blow the thing up in Dallas. Everything should be on table from Towel-tender to Head Coach. Of course, as always, the GM position will not be at issue.

Yup. Defense was awful and the OL got absolutely whooped.

Dak was average - but not running the ball and the OL didn’t help him. Heck he outplayed Jimmy.

I read where water boys...er...persons...can make around $53K a year, and some a little more.

It will be if he wins. If he loses, it will just be another L and one & done in the playoffs.
Actually, I see just the opposite of this.......if he wins, it's just another game, move on to the next one, but a loss would have a major impact. Just me, but think he had a lot of strong supporters at the start of the season that is now on the fence. He may very well lose the support of most of those fans.

I believe those employees are certified Physical Therapists, so they are likely in their first gig or just living a dream of being in an NFL organization.

I think Prescott's limits have been pretty well defined, we always end up in the same place at season's end with a poor performance in clutch time. It's too bad the team places so much pressure on him every year, you'd think they would recognize the limitations and build up the defense, OL,,, help the guy out or replace him.

Completely agree. After disappointment again last year, I thought the only way that Big Mike will be here next season is to at least get this team to the NFC Championship. I know what Jerry recently said but he has changed directions many times over the years.

This team needs to come out prepared. If it doesn't, that's on the HC.

Dak has already won a wild card playoff game before. This game does not define s***.
