Back in September, we all thought that this game would mean something, however, how times have changed. Both team stink and neither one wants to win. The Cowboys have lost three straight and continue the pattern of losing after Thanksgiving. The Commanders on the other hand are just as disappointing after being in the NFC Championship game last year. They will be without Daniels and Mariotta will start and if things go the way they should he'll have the game of his life against one of the worst Cowboys' defenses of all time. The Cowboys will have a few players out so that will come into play but not sure it will matter anyway. So how do I see this game playing out? First of all why are these games today on Netflix, stupid move by the NFL, or is it? Now nobody has to watch this horrendous garbage. The Cowboys will do everything they can to let the Commanders score in this glorified preseason game, so I like them at home in an unwatchable game. I remember back in the day this game used to mean something, well not anymore.

Commanders 30
Cowboys 23

They've made it clear on multiple occasions the entire Cowboys organization wants to win. Doesn't mean it will be a good game but these rivalry bouts have their way of getting exciting. Hype is at an all-time low but the fact that Dak and probably most of the starters will be playing tells you they want to win, for better or worse. I wouldn't be surprised if the fat cats at Netflix and Jerry had a conversation about trying to get people to watch.
