The way to find leaders...

Many (including myself) feel that this team has all the talent in the world but it lacks in leadership. The problem is that 'leadership' is a very elusive quality. What Moose said during the game "adversity does not build character, it reveals it" is basically saying the same thing. When adversity befalls a team, different people on that team respond to that adversity in different ways. In such situations 'leaders' 'emerge' who through their actions gain the respect of their teammates and who start to be looked upon as 'leaders'.

We will see how this team handles adversity and who (if anyone) emerges as the leader(s).
