Who do you think the weakest link is?

In my opinion, the weakest link in this franchise is Wade Phillips.

I am far from an expert on football, it's obvious to me that Phillips needs to go.

The owner is fine, it is the GM that is screwing everything up.

No, it is the GM's job to decide what players to sign. It is the owner's job to sign the cheques and run the business.

Jerry does fine as the "owner". He just refuses to admit he needs a GM.
