I checked the first three pages and have not seen this anywhere. If wrong then move it.

However.....this is a nice little video that makes Bayless look like crap.

Frankly, I think from now on when someone says something I disagree with, I am going to tell them they are full of Bayless.

Enjoy this,

OK, although, there was no shortage of those here who said the same thing when Vander Esch was drafted.

I have considered Skip Bayless pretty much of a peckerhead for quite some time now. If so, he's not alone!!

Fess up, folks! You know who you are . . . :muttley:

I LOVE this. Goes to show I know as much if not more than some of these "experts"

I believe my signature says it all.

It's not that he thought he was a reach, would not do well or any negative skip might say.

What tells you all you need about skip and the Cowboys was him saying he did not see the Cowboys taking him...
Most here knew it was LVE. Some thought maybe Ridley being the other but most knew it was going to be LVE.

For him to say he did not see that pick coming just proves he does not have a clue.

Reminds me very much of all of the youtube videos of you know who and you know who back in 2016 and to this day I still find it highly entertaining and satisfying to my core that we are the chosen ones to be living in such a wonderous period of time. God Bless Everyone!

Not going to pat myself on the back, but... OK, I will. LOL. I was the guy from Boise who attended LVE's pro day here and was telling everyone on this board when we drafted him that 1) guys his size do not run, change direction, and jump the way he does without being amazingly athletic 2) guys who have as many tackles as he had in two years have great instincts, and contrary to popular sentiment, are physical and can take on blocks and win; and 3) would be far better than Rashaan Evans. Thought he was a great pick then. But never thought he'd be this good, this quick

Yup, the media outlets were saying the Cowboys' targets in the first round were DT Vita Vea, Vander Esch, and WR D.J. Moore; if I recall correctly. Vea was long gone and LVE was rated higher than Moore on their board.

I also remember rumblings that they "didn't love" Calvin Ridley. But as it turns out they got another 'Bama receiver that looks worth the investment.

A lot of people didn't like LVE.

Heck if the NFL scouts were smarter LVE would've been a higher pick.

Fans miss and scouts miss.. The guys who are the best of the best are not that special when it comes to evaluating talent. They're human too.

I hit an upper deck home run with my evaluation of LVE though :).

Yeah... People think for some reason that a good workout should not make you rise in draft stock but I completely disagree.

His 4.6 40 and 39 inch vertical got him in the first round. His production in college was insane with like 140 tackles but he was going in the 2nd round until he had that workout.

The most important thing is he wasn't close to a finished product at all. He was just scratching the surface of his potential.

Just like Demarcuse Ware. Freak athlete that had tons of room to grow.

The most embarrassing thread in regards to Vander Esch were the instant evaluators after the 49er pre-season game. That was an embarrassment to Cowboyszone.

For me, when it comes to sports or life in general those that yell the loudest, usually know the least. These national talk show guys are all hype and are only about getting ratings.

When guys like Dane Brugler were on board, I knew it was a good pick.

How about when I yell loudly that I know know squat?
