Yes I was upset about Dez going. The FO made up for it. Now instead of one talented man, we have a team/ group of solid talent

Hurns
Austin
Gallup
Beasley
Switzer

However we decide to line em up and mesh them, it can cause problems.

We got route runners, speed, and quickness in all our reciever's.

Williams is the odd man out, about time. Him and his body catches can have a seat.

Sucks for Noah brown though

He will catch on with another team and probably be pretty good

Don't consider Austin a WR.

Thompson isn't going anywhere.

Gallup
Thompson
Switzer
Brown

Williams and Bease on the hot seat. I think they try to trade Bease. Williams may stick, but it wouldn't surprise me if they just cut hit with an injury settlement.

We could only go with 5 WR's. Austin giving some position flex there.

This is so true.

Either way, WR position looks better, especially if we run the scheme I think we will

I expect a change in base formation, to a 3 WR base offense.

Beasely is still our best WR. 2nd best offsensive weapon behind Zeke. He should be on the field. And we just lost our top two TEs.

Maybe a change in scheme too.

I think there will still be a lot of pounding going on, but against defenses spread more horizontally. Zeke breaks a tackle, and he's off to the races.

Looks interesting. Maybe Garrett is giving up the offensive scheme to Linehan.

With the player gone, we can actually run a scheme now instead of forcing him the ball to TRY and keep him happy.

The more I watch of Gallup the more I like. He's DJ Moore lite and I really liked Moore.

Don't count out Olawale. I'd come up with some packages that put him in motion. Great speed and good receiver.

Dak had total choice of who to throw too and he was also given more freedom with run/pass options but he sucked, so they had to dumb down the offense for him and he still sucked.

Linehan has coached his whole life in a Coryell offense and that’s the reason they brought him here in the first place. They didn’t want to change the playbook or terminology and you guys are buying this imaginary notion they are changing the offense.

Garrett put up every resistance to Callahan starting to change the offense.

If this offense is gone, than Garrett effectively becomes even more meaningless than he is now, other than ruining this team with his fake and meaningless culture.

Williams needs to get run out of town as well. But I still have my doubts.

3 draft picks and two F.A.'s at WR.

Cutting Dez is the reason we still have no safety's and we still have no 1 Tech and we still have no back up RB.

There is no chance at all that Beasley is on the hot seat. HE is Daks favorite receiver and is very effective.

Dak is in the last year of his contract. You guys are acting like the franchise is going to totally change their offense for this dude... the only offense that Garret t has any clue about, since it’s based on the playbook he used.

If Dak ends up sucking in the Linehan offense, believe it, he will be gone. And he will be another scapegoat for this FO and coaching staff.

Too much overreaction IMO.

Gallup might challenge Twill but I don’t think he takes the job right away. Maybe latter part of year 1 or start of year 2. Austin is a non factor at WR. Switzer might see some time but he hasn’t shown anything yet.

Hurns and Twill will be your outside WRs
Beasley will be the slot WR
Gallup on 4 WR sets
Thompson on 5 WR sets
Switzer when they’re running 2 slot WRs
Austin out of the backfield on passing downs

***Gallup might switch with Twill if he impresses early***

Could we be sending Beasley to the Seahawks for Earl Thomas?! (I just made this up please don’t run with this)

Hurns will be the new #1 here. Bease I woudl not really consider an offensive weapon. Hes just a reliable receiver that gets open underneath.
