The young staff on defense

I don't have a problem with this. I am more interested in seeing what the master plan is.

Young defence? Young coaches willing to teach younger players? Young coaches focus on both novelty, and discipline?

Taking risks on tweaking a defence mindset/scheme to not just win the division, but march through the playoffs?

What's the plan? Show me on the field.

I love the idea of the young mindset. Nothing against "old age" coaches. I just think today's game has changed so much that you need "today's coaches" to coach these "today players." Just my 5 cents (being the 2 pennies are obsolete).

today players, POST OF THE AFTERNOON!!!

The new young staff will devise a completely new defense that will be copied around the league for years to come.

Good coaches come in all ages. What matters is their ability to communicate and get the players to believe in what they are scheming. We had neither of those things last year.

This is good IMO, even better the front office is keeping a relatively low profile during these hirings.
