Bored. Thought I'd do one completely different from most of my other mocks, which includes, begrudgingly, leaving out Kenrick Ellis.

9. Prince Amukamara, CB
Cowboys surprise by passing on the names most linked to them and take Amukamara, who they've done a great job of downplaying their interest in.
40 Martez Wilson, ILB
Cowboys yet again bypass an offensive line, instead going for the athletic Martez Wilson to pair with last years second round pick, Sean Lee, for years to come.
71 Will Rackley, OG
Finally addressing the offensive line, Cowboys select Rackley, who becomes an instant starter at LG. It is later announced that the team believes Sam Young can start at RT, and the ruing commences.
110 Lawrence Guy, DE
Cowboys select Lawrence Guy, one of the more underrated defensive prospects in what turns out to be the deepest defensive line class in recent memory.
143 Henry Hynoski, FB
After considering taking John Conner in the 4th round last year, the Cowboys select Hynoski who provides an instant boom to the running game.
176 Cecil Shorts III, WR
Shorts is the pick in the 6th round and works his way onto the active game roster based on commendable special teams play. Though about taking
Greg McElroy here, but can't get over the fact that we've invested a 4th in McGee, knowing full well he would be a project. Taking another QB doesn't make much sense.
220 David Mims, OT
Cowboys go to the well twice, taking another player from Virginia Union. Mims is a mammoth OT that could be, at the very least, good depth but the fact that he can't play any position other than RT won't help him stay active come game day.
252 Ray Dominguez, OG
In typical Cowboy fashion, another late offensive line pick. Dominguez played RT at Arkansas but moves inside as a project OG.
The funny part about doing this mock was that I completely believe the Cowboys capable of not addressing offensive line till the 3rd round.
