Once the Cowboys defeat the Vikings, ending Favre's career, Childress - the Eagles' ex assistant, gets McNabb in a trade that makes sense for both the Vikes and Eagles.

Gut feeling. First things first - GO COWBOYS!

I predict Denver makes a play for McNabb, since they have the picks to do so.

I doubt Favre hangs it up. He's going to win the league MVP this year and clearly has a ton of ball left in him.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Manning already took the MVP. But yes, he will not just hang them up immediately. There will be an prolonged drama watch in Mississippi all summer just as it has been for the last two years.

I agree unless he starts up with the I'm not sure if I'll play or not next season. My gut feeling is he will return in the meantime I think the vikes need to figure out (after the season) what to do with life after Brett. Unless they really think Jackson is the man of the future I think we may see Minn look to the draft.

I've got a feeling they may talk Favre into coming back to Minny for one more season next year.

If not I wouldn't be shocked if McNabb wound up there but the Denver deal sounds somewhat interesting. I just don't see that happening with McDaniels there though.

even the eagles are not that stupid to trade mcnabb to another hot NFC team.

Manning has already given his 2009 MVP acceptance speech.

After the next game, Favre on the ground most of the game with Ratliff, Ware or Spencer over him, I'm pretty sure he will regret not being retired allready.... ;)

I can't imagine why Favre would retire after the season he had this year. I mean, look at the guy: he's just having fun out there!
