I think that Romo has his mind more on Jessica Simpson, and Hollywood, then on helping the Dallas Cowboys win, but I maybe wrong; as all QB's have a bad year sometimes, but I feel his heart isn't with the Dallas Cowboys. One thing the Cowboys could do is either get another good QB, and bench Romo for the whole year to show him that the Cowboys are important or they could trade him to another team.
I would use Flex Jones and Choice more at RB, because Barber only rushed for 885 yards, but he also needs a good back to block for him, and more holes to open up.
Then I think T.O. needs to focus more on being a team, and not always saying, with me we can win; as it takes a team, and there are good WR out there to replace him, but T.O. does produce, but I think maybe it's time for a change to trade him.
Don't jump on WR Roy Williams, because he came to the Dallas Cowboys mid-season, and has to get use to the team, but if Romo would have thrown balls to the receivers this year, they would have won more this year.
The defense did ok, but I think they need another good linebacker, pass rusher, safty, and cornerback to stop the run better.
Don't blame Wade Phillips for Tony Romo's mistakes or the defense giving up a go a head touchdown or too many yards rushing, but think how he felt the way Romo did this season, when the cowboys could have won three or four more games this season, but Wade Phillips needs more discipline, and that's why Mike Shannahan would be a good fit, which I don't see why Denver fired him; as he is a good coach. I would maybe give Wade Phillips one more season to see how the Dallas Cowboys do.
My father played for the George Hallas, and the Chicago Bears, but I've always liked the Dallas Cowboys; no matter how good or bad they did.
I hope Jesus blesses all of you this new year. Happy New Year!!!
Let me know what you think about what I said about the changes the Dallas Cowboys need.
Thank you,
