Hey guys, after playing around with the idea for a long time, I have decided to actually put my words down in print. This first article is a little on the pessimistic side. I am not a doom and gloom guy, it's just what came to me first. There will be more, positive posts to come. I am working on a Dez Bryant piece at the moment. Also, if there is some good response, I will post my defense break down in this thread when it's through.

No one commented, but I got a lot of views so I thought I would go ahead and post part 2, the Defense...

The biggest change this offseason came on the defensive side of the ball. Rob Ryan was fired and Monte Kiffin was brought in to implement his Tampa-2 defense.

Kiffin’s Tampa-2 is about as far from Rob Ryan’s convoluted 34 defense as one can get. It emphasizes simplicity, allowing players to play without thinking; flying to the ball and causing turnovers. This was supposed to be a perfect fit for talented linebackers Sean Lee and Bruce Carter. Thus far, they may be the weakest link.
