They brought their A+ game...We brought our B- Game

I am still trying to figure out why JJ was in the game with 3:00 and change when we need tuough yards:cool:

JJ was partly responsible for that jailbreak sack that almost knocked out our starting LT toward the end of the game. Why was he in there?

That was the most passing yards by a Skins QB since Ramsey was the starter.

It was the best game Moss has had this year.

We did finally open it up offensively but we still couldn't establish the run game and allowed 3 long TD drives to you guys. To win we needed more ball control drives like the one to start the game.

Good job though, games like these are ones the division winners take. I just hope we aren't doomed to mediocrity and don't give up after this.

We are good enough to get in the playoffs...but will we?

I disagree. Poor playcalling and our defense couldn't cover TO without Taylor in there.

Congratulations for the win but this wasn't our best, nor was it yours.

I disagree.

With the players you had out there, this was the ABSOLUTE best you could've played.

We played a very poor game overall.

I like the fact that we can win a game and not play our best, but we can't count on that every week.

I was impressed with Campbell. He played much better than I expected. I really think we had a poor gameplan with him. I would expect us to bring more pressure next time. We played too soft and allowed him to complete too many easy passes.

Yeah, like MBIII did such a great job getting a 1st down when we could have run out the clock. And he had 3 ***** tries at it!

great game, need to hit record on my DVR tomorrow when it's re-aired here

So if Campbell is as bad as this board says he is and S.Moss isn't any good, exactly what does that say about your secondary??

This is a very petty thread. If we played a B- game, it's because they forced the issue. True, Gurode self-destructed a few times, but there's no guarantee we would have scored on those drives. Try showing a little humility in victory.

VERRRY generous. But the offense pulled it up a tad.:D

I needed more teachers like you in highschool!:laugh2:

If they Commanders played that good all season they would be 8-2.

They caught us sleeping, but we still pulled it out.

We actually showed 4th quarter fight today, had we showed a fraction in the other games then yeah we'd be 8-2.

that they were horrible today! you can figure that out

Please. That was by far the best game JC has ever had. EVER. And it was the first time that Moss looked like more than a JV player all year.

And we won.

We seemed to sleepwalk. Campbell had a career game, but I get the feeling he will revert back to his ol' self next week and be just average. We took their best shot today. We better get ready for the Jets. They beat an overated Steeler team today.

You mean Roy Williams. That is a given. He is horrible in coverage. 99% of the completions it seemed were given by him.

With the players we had out there yes...but man were we exposed without ST. Run D was good though and McIntosh would have made a difference had he not bobbled that INT that would have been the play of the game.

I'd give our offense an A- (didn't establish run game) and our defense a B (given that Taylor was out and this was Washington's first game back)

If you guys aren't careful you may just have a QB.

Good game...the reason the Cowboys and Skins are my most intense rival game. I was nervous all day.

See ya at seasons end to close this puppy out.

I think it's obvious that we were going to play soft on him....not let him get any cheap ones.

We played too soft in coverage and didn't throw any exotic blitzes at all.

I think that's what happened.

Campbell played nearly as well against the Lions and he did have 3 TD passes last week, so this isn't a total surprise.
