Im about as much a die hard football fan as you can ever find. Pretty picky too...:D Seen alot of them come and go. Dont say this about many,......but I have to say it was an absolute pleasure being able to watch him these last four years.

Been watching this cat since he first came to UW. Never gonna be another Emmitt,....but his vision seems to be on par with number 22. Lots of teams are going to be sorry they passed.

AWESOME!

Harold Miner was compared to be the next Jordan when he came out of college. But found out that college wasn't the pros.

He'll be a productive back but I dont think it'll be here.

I like him. Would be a nice compliment to Murray.

I think he is a good back but I think Gillislee from Florida would be a better pick. Pretty good speed, has similar cut technique and awareness like Murray, he can catch and block better, and has deceptive power to him. I'd like to see us take him instead.

Zac Stacy, is the rb the Cowboys need to target in the 3rd, 4th, 5th round.

Preaching to the choir here. I think he's vastly underrated. He's going to be a real nice 2nd round pick for somebody.

+1 Looks like a mix of Emmitt and Curtis Martin.......not to shabby, and he is the best back in this draft, by far. I wouldn't be upset if we take him in the second and if Murray got sidelined again he most likely wont have a starting job once healthy.

I like Ball a lot. I feel like he is a guy you can rely on to gain positive yards. Is he going to give you a 90 yd home run? Probably not. Is he going to move the chains? Yes.

If we addressed either line with our first round pick and Ball was there at 47, I'd run to the podium. He's going to have a good NFL career.

If Demarco can just be healthy for 14 games we will make the playoffs IMO. Don't forget, he is a stud.

Yes I know, big "if".

Smooth, elusive, deceptive moves and excellent balance. Reminds me of Tony Dorsett - he makes running look easy. Has patience to wait for blocks, finds holes and hits them.

Nice quiet confidence. JG's kind of guy.

If he can catch passes - he's a winner.

This is the back I want to take. I loved watching this cat play

I am a big fan of Ball -- I can definitely see why he has been compared to Curtis Martin in some of the write-ups I've seen of him.

Two things worry me:

  • He has a lot of mileage already. They ran him a ton at Wisconsin
  • Wisconsin backs have not traditionally (at least in recent memory) faired well in the NFL
