During Tuesday's press conference, new Lions president Tom Lewand remarked how the Falcons' only high-priced acquisition in 2008 was "Michael Bennett" and commented on how the Steelers allowed "Greg Lloyd" to sign with Miami.

And we thought 0-16 was embarrassing. Lloyd is supposed to be Joey Porter in Lewand's mind and "Michael Bennett," of course, is Michael Turner. Good of owner William Clay Ford, Jr. to do his due diligence before promoting Lewand to team president. He'd better stay the heck out of personnel matters.

Actually the Bengals did 2 things we didn't do at the end of the season:

1) improve from the beginning of the season

2) win their last couple of games


And we and the bengals are watching the playoffs on tv!
