This is 100% a guess but I would hypothesize his P.T. Barnum mindset has contemplated landing inside the stadium at some point since buying his helicopter. If so, he likely inquired how he could safely accomplish the feat without endangering his customers and the property Arlington mostly paid for.

Probably, the advice included degree of risk flying inside and out of the open roof, avoiding the structural metal framework and maneuvering around the massive videoboard. Deterred, Jones would have probably deferred to the rationalization but crack a joke about seeing those huge blimp-like balloons that fly around inside stadiums sometimes and how safe they were.
