Yeah, could have been. Glenn is not going to be all that effective at this point in the season, since the offense is pretty much geared to Owens and Witten, with the safety valve being Crayton. Have to start thinking about next year for a really wild, "New England" type offense.
You kidding me? Glenn has never played the slot. Just because he would be our 3rd receiver doesnt mean he'll be our slot receiver. He'll line up wide and Crayton will return to slot duties, or Owens will be slot. Whenever he's on the field I highly assume he'll be the X or Z.
He is going to make such a huge difference when he's on the field again, assuming he has decent speed that will make the defense respect him again.
