we want romo?
I sure as heck want to see him on the field this week. And not just as a FG or PAT holder. I'd like for us to get up by 14 by half and he get the 2nd half to groom and show what he can do. I'd feel a lot better about him hopefully.

If Bledsoe just up and quit in mid-year it would follow him the rest of his life-- he would be forever known as a "baby".

A few more games like last Sunday and it won't be about feeling better about Romo, just feeling more down on Bledsoe. I wish the team had some options at this point, but they don't. Just the unknown Romo. It is a two party system and neither party brings much to the table. I should just cut and paste that in the politicalzone.

Football is not the same thing. It is different from our real world. .

The NFL is not the same as before. Now, you see players who will sit until week 10 just because they are not paid the money they want or have conflicts with the team. We need to realize that this is a business. Do you think when Branch didn't want to play until he gets a new contract is fair? It is not for the Patriot's fan but Branch got his big contract. How about Javeon Walker? How about Ashle Lelie?

As fan, we are selfish as the management of the team. We believe what is good for the team. Do we care what is good for the player? Of course not, we want to win. Doesn't that make us bias?

Like they say, it's not personal, it's bussiness...

Without ever saying a word to anyone on this subject the conjecture has become that Bledsoe is a "deserter", "f him", and so on.

This board is hilarious.

Football is not the same thing. It is different from our real world. Do you really believe this article? Do you think that Bledsoe or any other QB who has been a starter in the league for many years would just retire because he got benched during the season? Nothing in Bledsoe's history shows him to be this type of guy.

There would be quite a few people who would accept a demotion because they would have no other choice. Why would you as a manager not expect loyalty from an employee you demoted? Employees have to work up to a certain standard to maintain their position. If they aren't doing that, then they should expect to be demoted or fired. That is part of the real world. If they think their employer is not being loyal for demoting or firing them, then they got problems.

You obviously don't understand the "real" business world. And we all know that, at it's core, professional football is a business. If you fall out of favor in business, you move on or you are considered "deadwood". Those are your choices. Additionally, loyalty is a 2 way street.
