Sean McVay at 31 yrs old only has 3 yrs less NFL coaching experience than Jason Garrett. How can that be?

Well, despite getting the Rams job at 30, he actually had more coaching experience (he started coaching in 2008) than Garrett did when he took over in 2010 (started coaching in 2005).

Just a little perspective how premature we were giving the keys to this franchise to Garrett and why it will be difficult to find competent assistant coaches - he has no network to choose from.

Yeah, Marinelli and Linehan aren’t competent assistants. Cowboys have no network; no one would ever want to coach here.

Where were you people asking for Garrett's head last year? you should be asking for the defenses head and Dak's.

Yes, and JJ has drafted poorly as well. Our front 7 is in the bottom half of the league talent wise. The back 7 is young and may need a talent upgrade also. Plenty of blame to go around.

JG is average at best, this is not the coaching staff to take this team to the next level.

I've been consistent in my opinion of the clapper.

The fact that you reference last year as if he accomplished anything of worth just shows how low the standard is for Garrett. This franchise used to be about titles, now we're referencing one and done seasons as success. Good Lord...

You missed another important point

McVay ACTUALLY KNOWS HIE TO COACH

Understand that we have only gotten to the divisional rounds during his tenure. Whether if he's an OC or the HC. We have gone as far as we can with this man. It's time to move on if we can't get to the NFC title game this year. He has been out coached by two rookie head coaches.

If Garrett doesn't leave, it's time for both assistants to go. Marinelli is done as is Linehan.

McVay looks like he is going to be a good one.

You are right, they aren't competent in today's game. They are THE problem. Garrett does not have the balls to control them.

Last seasons playoffs was the final straw for me. Garrett did NOT have our team ready to play ball. Last seasons opportunities don’t come often.
Nope. Now look - NFC is reloaded, the division is tougher, and teams are healthy. The stars were aligned for us last year but the coaching let us down again.
