Had it not been for turnovers near our side of the field, I can almost for certain say the eagles only end up with 7-10 points.

Most of which would have been in garbage time.

The Dbs are excellent (imagine if we had Earl, I know he must be sick not being able to be part of this) and the front 7 look like straight blood hounds, led by Jaylon.

I like how when the eagles scored that cheesy td and they celebrated as if they worked hard for it, the D went over to crash the party.

I love the passion that those guys play with as well. Breaking up the Eagles TD celebration last night on a 2 yard drive that Dak gifted them - that shows me that these guys are proud to wear the star, and that's important.

LOVE the defense, but they kind of fell apart in the fourth quarter.

Really wish we could lock down our prevent, then the sky's the limit with this group!

Have to agree with Cowboyz88. That 4th quarter let down made things close. Somewhere in the early 3rd we still had them at <100 yards. That means 150yds in the 4th. We were lucky on the callback of the Goedderz (SP?) TD. Even though they scored eventually on the drive (with help of the egregious roughing the passer call) it did result in burning time off the clock which did help at the end of the game.

We have a good D, really good, but they are not going to be a shutdown D every week.

Would still love to have Irving and Lee back.

Dallas can afford to wait for these guys to get fully healthy.

Ideally, I'd like to see Dallas work them back into the rotation slowly. Their value as quality depth & fresh legs as Dallas hits December could be great.

Collins/Woods-Crawford are clogging up the middle and what they miss, Jaylon & LVE clean up.
DLaw & Randy are starting to be the combo we'd hoped they could be; Randy looks like he's developing quick.

Irving can sub inside or outside and I think the DL loses nothing w/ him in there. It's a fantastic problem to have

Damian Wilson has stepped up his play this year the way Hitchens did last year. He's feeding off Jaylon & LVE.
Adding Lee to the mix gives those guys a chance to keep fresher legs...again, that's a Good Thing.
