This defense. Take out Parsons and this defense is awful

the annoucers said that the saints weren't happy with their OL, so they got three new players....they looked good.

With Jerald it takes years of agonizing and myriad Medieval rituals and torn muscles to move on to another lineman.
This year, with BeeBee, guyton etc.,and tyler smith last seaason, has been the exception. A fine class.

Saints didn't ran AT Micah, they ran FROM him with great success. What did Micah do to inspire such Micah admiration?

Thats all I be hearing any time the chatterbox has a quiet game, that the other team focused on him and took him out. Does any elite defensive player get taken out of games as easy as Parsons?

Funny enough I seem to remember him running himself directly out of the play on one of those Kamara TDs and also was lost in space on one of those misdirection plays on the first drive that set up a long pass TD. He sucks defending the run on the edge and I think other teams have picked up on that.

I saw that too.

Parsons has his moments. But u rarely see him come up big in clutch moments or against elite teams.

He has been pretty much invisible in the playoffs so far, except when we played a bucs team that had no business being in the playoffs.

In my opinion, he's definitely not on the level of a tj watt.

You know, I was standing a foot away from Parsons in preseason, and this thought crossed my mind. He is so small that if any defender gets his hands on him.
Parsons is going backwards.

Honestly, I think his position in the NFL will end up being a linebacker and off the line of scrimmage.

I don’t pretend to be an expert but the edge is a concern the Saints went to that well quite often to drink rest the horses and go to the saloon against the Cowboys ,

I would station both of your fastest edge players on each side and rotate switch them on sides every now and then . That would be 11 and 13 . Then Kendrick’s and Clark Lifau with the rest of the D line main concern would be through the guards and tackles gap.

Have Donovan Wilson no more than 5-7 yards from the line of scrimmage . When he has recognition of pass or run react accordingly .

Seal the edges . Parsons and Overshown should be able to string out plays wide until the Calvary arrives to assist .

We rarely played our most athletic LB against a team challenging the edges. That didn’t make sense
