I agree this draft sucks so far...

It's not about the "cool" picks, like the popular kids in school. It's about being right for your team. No matter what we fans think. That's why we are on this side of the TV and not in the war room.

We have Witten, and Hannam, we do need another TE, due to possible injuries. 3 TE sets at the goal line.

I like Carpenter, but Fasano was just a silly pick. Did they not watch our O-line play last year?

Fasano was sighed because Jerry doesn't think he can resign Witten come free agency

it truely was a dumb pick, when Ko Simpson was still on the board

Agreed on Carpenter. Alittle rough on Fasano. If we run a lot of multiple TE sets, we need another TE, however we have many other needs that we should have addressed.

I dont even think Fasano was the best TE left on the board. I would rather have Byrd from USC. Why sign Hannam and then blow the second round pick on yet another TE? There is no logic that can help me comprehend this.

How is anyone suprised every draft Parcells drafts a TE even if it is a wasted pick.

He took witten in the 3rd he took Sean Ryan in the 5th come on how is anyone suprised by this pick Parcells prefers 2 TE sets over 3 or 4 wr sets and with JJ as the running back and running more single back sets

Horrible draft thus far. Carpenter could have been had in a trade down.

There were better prospects available at our 2nd round pick and we could have addressed either the S or OL position.

Poor, poor planning thus far.

Oh well, just goes to show that we -still- haven't learned from our 2nd round mistakes of years past.

We just replaced Dan Campbell. I liked the kid last season and think he is a good pick. Good blocker and better receiver then Campbell.

I guess this means that we aren't in need of a FB and are going to stay with the double TE set.
