A top head coaching candidate for next season is Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan, who has the team on top of half the NFL's 12 major defensive category rankings.
"I think Rex is as ready to be a head coach as anybody I've been around. We'll do everything we can to help him through that process," said coach Brian Billick.

I like Rex Ryan. He plays the type of defense I covet. His dad was a first class you know what but he was also one of the best defensive coaches I've ever seen in football. I would give that guy an opportunity for sure.

Do you think if you hire one the other one will come as a coordinator? Interesting, to say the least. I've been pushing hiring one of them, but I never thought about getting both of them.
