And the fact that TD ran 99 1/2 yards and WE ONLY HAD 10 MEN ON THE FIELD! heh heh

watching some of his highlight videos reminded me of why he was so good. granted emmitt got to the second level so easily because our oline was soooo dominate, once he was there his compact style of running made it hard for defenders to get their arms around him. emmitt was very powerful for his size and he simply was not to be arm tackled, unlike lets say.... julius. emmitt didnt have the greatest moves but he vision and quick feet allowed him to make the quick subtle moves, the correct cuts. as much as people like to rag on emmitts overall speed, eric allen who was once considered one of the faster corners in the league couldnt catch emmitt.

The holes were massive havnt seen many running lanes that big the last few seasons even on big runs. With Houck back coaching the Oline Im hoping we see more holes like that opening up.

All those runs were awesome, thing I miss is #88 (Irving, Pearson) being at the end of the run congratulating TD or Emmitt.

I can see why in theory everyone would like us to get a change of pace back when you look at TD run. When 22 ran, he came with the whole package with just enough speed to take it to the house.

When TD ran, opposing teams couldn't make an error when on defense because if you did..... Look out!!

I love the game of football and I have loved the Boyz all of my life since maybe 12 and I am 44 now.

Barber has us talking running backs again and all we need right now is the perfect compliment for him.

Go Boys!!

No love for Jeff Robinson, Jackie Harris or Antonio Bryant? ;)

Tony Dorsett's explosion was just crazy. He probably hit the hole faster than any back I've seen.

The funny thing is TD appears to be in 4th gear straight out of the gate. He had long legs but managed to run low as well.

Special special player.
