I hope you’re right7-2 before bye. Then murderers row.

I hate the eagles, we had the that game. had that been Blue on that long run that was a TD and a win. We lost but we played well, some mistakes, but a lot of mistakes by the refs, our defense was being held all game long that's the reason Hurts was running even though running is what he does best, but he ran because our secondary covered his receivers and he had to run because the pressure was coming and his lineman had to hold no calls I know I wasn't the only one seeing the holds. Dak should have given CeeDee a break and attacked Adore Jackson with Pickens, on the 4th down he should have went to Turpin and there was someone else that could have gotten us the first down, I'm a bit disappointed that he did not but I am not too put out that he was attacking. Dak had a few errant throws, he under threw Fergy just put the ball out front ferry had the LB in chase mode. Miles Sanders is a fumbler. I hate losing but I am happy to show everyone we have a way better team than what people think. the only time we have been under 500 was when Romo and Dak were hurt that we were under 500I tried telling folks who said this team sucks and is going 6-11. Team can’t run the ball, defense can’t stop the run and Dak sucks.
The loss sucks. They had em. Fortunately, this is the first game of the season and these bright spots have me feeling good going forward:
* Dak looks very mobile, strong and aware.
* The run game looked so much improved from recent years.
* The offensive line dominated IMHO. A few mental mistakes, but they didn’t get out physicaled.
* The defense actually made in game adjustments and clamped down on the run. Barkley only had 60 yards. Hurts was awesome on the ground though.
* The team overall looked prepared. First game of the season you know they’re going to be fired up and they were. But they played within themselves, not like that yahoo Carter, and kept the pressure on throughout the game.
* I saw toughness from the team. Dak making that TD saving tackle after the fumble is going to pay dividends within themselves locker room.
* Only 4 penalties.
Probably won’t shut up all the habitual critics but maybe some.

siiiid our overall record is going to be 15-2I hope you’re right
by different .... you mean choking away games. not clutch, coming up small?I tried telling folks who said this team sucks and is going 6-11. Team can’t run the ball, defense can’t stop the run and Dak sucks.

No, by showing some toughness and physicality.by different .... you mean choking away games. not clutch, coming up small?
yea. this outcome was way different
How did they have them? Both teams had plays that could've gone either way, and it just so happens that the Eagles have more clutch players than the Cowboys. We saw in the very first game how much Micah is missed, and let's not ignore the Eagles losing their pro bowl O-lineman which helped the Cowboys finally be able to get some pressure. Sorry but we see posts like yours every year, where you highlight all the positive stuff but ignore the negative stuff that always shows up during the season. As for this game it boils down to CeeDee choking and not helping Pickens.I tried telling folks who said this team sucks and is going 6-11. Next time we play them that will be Overshown’s job. I don’t think we have a LBer with the speed to spy him until Agent 0 comes backMy biggest issue is there was nobody mirroring Hurts and that's one reason he ran on us so much..
Rockport---i agree 100%....i am now excited for this season....i am not conceding no way we make playoffs either...proud of our cowboysI tried telling folks who said this team sucks and is going 6-11. Team can’t run the ball, defense can’t stop the run and Dak sucks.

You say the Eagles had more clutch players than the Cowboys. I respectfully disagree. The only player that wasn’t clutch for the Cowboys was CD. You said it yourself. The game came down to CD choking. Dallas as a team didn’t choke. CD choked. Dak threw 2 very catchable balls that literally hit CD in the hands and both of those balls were dropped in a manner that could have been intercepted. The last 4th down play was a tough catch but a top 5 WR that is making top dollar needs to make that play. That what he’s paid for and he choked. This wasn’t a team loss this was a CD loss. How did they have them? And this stacked offense we have with the highest paid QB in the world still couldnt find a way to win.Philly may end up being middle of the pack because their defense is so decimated.
We get it - you're happy with a loss. Bravo.I tried telling folks who said this team sucks and is going 6-11. Team can’t run the ball, defense can’t stop the run and Dak sucks.

At least it was just game one and there's plenty of time to clean things up.I am impressed. I expected far worse. Dak played a super solid game. CeeDee had way to many drops and Ferguson looks like he is running with cement shoes. We have no quick speed rusher with Parsons gone.
