signing Zack Thomas, and bringing him back home, I'm not from Texas, but I feel great for him, that must be a wonderful feeling to go back home, more importantly from the Cowboy's standpoint, what a signing, I am so syked right now, it won't take him long at all to stand out, and I hope he infuses passion and accountability to the squad, which I'm sure he will

a great, great day, I know I left out all that I wanted to say, that's how excited I am, I can't put all of it into words

If Thomas going home results in getting the SB. I am for it. Otherwise... I am not floored with this pickup.

If you think if this was not a good pickup, why would New England offer him a contract? I have seen Zach play here in Miami since Jimmy drafted him. He is a great player but he was getting frustrated with a losing team every year, even the coach (Satan) jumped ship on them and went to Alabama. I believe that Drew Rosenhaus and the Jerry Jones family have a "good" realtionship. He tells his client's this is a good football team with a good ownership and the players take it in consideration. I was thinking this the other day, T.O. gets injured by Roy Williams comes to play with him, Zach gets his concussion tacklig Marion Barber and comes to play with him. Hmmm! Both, Drew Rosenhaus clients. All I'm saying is give it a chance and let's think "positive"!!!

Im real excited about the positions battle that he will bring, the experience and the leadership. I think that this is a great move there are only a few things that the cowboys needed to improve on and ILB and Leadership/Attitude were to things our D needed and I think we got them both, obviously he is going to be 100% by next year and dedicated to keep playing for a contender.

I've always been a proponent of sliding in some veteran leadership in certain situations...hope this is the infusion we need.

But as giddy as alot of you seem to be over this...I can't help but thinking of whenever another coach would bring in an aged veteran for perhaps the same exact reason...you were at the ready to dump all over it and provide all the reasons as to why it was a terrible move.

Is this a case of selective memory or have you finally wisened up?
