Of course it’s about the team. I’m saying they need to get the ball to some unlikely contributors who are not Cee Dee.
They need to run the ball 30 times spread out to whomever or none of it's going to work picking out unlikely contributors, this is a Mike McCarthy problem I don't think he knows how to devise a game plan or just in game and blow up the game plan and start going to people who say maybe getting open and deserve to get the ball more but he doesn't commit to the run game nothing else is going to work....

. I mean we've seen hunter have a couple decent moments in some games and then he's a no show because Mike McCarthy literally watch Rico in Pittsburgh have his best game and what do we do give him the ball like five times before halftime against the lions literally ridiculous utterly ridiculous I don't trust Mike McCarthy's ever gonna have the light come on on how to actually get everyone involved..

49rs will go all out to eliminate our weak running attack. Find creative ways to get Ferggy and Luepke the ball. Our 2 toughest offensive players. Because we are not going to finesse the Niners D.
Actually, Dowdle is doing a nice job as our lead RB. If McCarthy has the gumption to let Luepke and Ferguson join him, we'll be good to go!

Amazing Luepke was a redzone monster in college, just hand him the ball and he had a knack to hitting pay dirt. Fast forward to now, the Cowboys are absolutely horrible in the redzone, and don't even give Luepke a chance to help with what he does best, ho figure.

Fergy n Luepke should be used more to support the offense, but I agree with other posters CeeDee n Dak have get it together.
But you do realize that starts with say committing and running the ball 30 times opening up play action and be willing early not to go straight to lamb I mean it's almost like all his production comes in the first quarter and team see the game plan and they just adjust to it....

So it would be smart to start off running the ball I trying to get the ball to Turpin hunter and work in the tight end to loosen up the middle and then when teams think that's the game plan and they have to make some adjustments if it's at least effective then you can run play action you can run some double moves you can get some motion misdirection and they would actually believe it right now defenses are just look at each other when they see us doing things and they don't believe a thing they see they staying put it's if they know what's coming..

So we definitely gotta get other people to ball early because I think that we go the opposite of what we've been doing 'cause just from memory it seems like we feed the ball a lot to lamb early on and then he slowly disappears and he doesn't do anything in the second-half at all.... Do you wanna get teams off balance how about we just have a new identity going from this week and beyond keeping teams off balance and guessing 'cause right now I don't trust Mike McCartney can do that he hasn't utilized any of our talent around and yes we have some he didn't know how to use deuce he didn't know how to use Turpin I mean he abandoned the run game with Rico after he has his best game in Pittsburgh I mean this dude is just like lost...

Actually, Dowdle is doing a pretty good job as a lead RB. If MM has the gumption to allow Luepke and Ferguson to join in that group, we'll be set.
Exactly getting 10 carries a game is utterly insane that's it he's averaging 10 you got a guy off the street and Kareem hunt that Amy Reid didn't need to worry about working him into the game plan or worrying about him getting in shape he immediately gave the man 20 carries a game that's how many he's averaging this is a Mike McCarthy system and play calling issue it's been an issue how they only gave the ball to Rico five times in the first half of the lions game is beyond me it's like they tried to like outfox the lions it's like well we're gonna go elsewhere 'cause they're probably expecting that..

I would like to see them commit no matter the situation come into the game saying we're gonna hand the ball off 25 to 30 times I'm gonna get most of those to Rico and then we'll work everyone else in and then you can get these other players involved and then guess what happens you keep the defense honest and now you can use play action and see the lamb can get some big chunk yards..

I feel like things around here are being done backwards they're not using any plays early on to set up bigger plays later it's like they empty their clip in the first quarter and then have no answer for any adjustments made by the other team..

There must be a decent RB talent somewhere in the NFL to join Dowdle, Luepke and Fergy in the offense. A decent running game can't be that hard to create, if the staff is bold enough to take a chance on including the talent necessary to get the job done. A balanced attack would be a reasonably sure way to augment what the offense already is at present. They really don't have to be world-beaters to get the job done capably enough to win.

Just sit back, grab your pizza, open a cold one, and just watch what happens.
If Dak throws 3 TD passes, fine.
If Dak throws 3 INTs , fine.
.
I don’t really care who gets the ball more. It’s irrelevant. Just don’t embarrass yourselves, cowboys.
