When has the defense proven they could do anything?

Anything? Well, last week after Murray scored and we went up 24-23 (final score), the Skins got the ball back with 1:01 left in the game. The D then forced a 4 and out, Tony took a knee, and that was that.

During the game, the D forced the Skins to kick field goals three times and to punt three times. They held Cousins to 197 yards passing, considerably less than the 381 yds he had against the Falcons the week before. The D held Morris under 100 yards - he got 88 at 3.7 yds a carry. We had a pick in that game as well.

A similar effort against the Beagles tonight just might get us into the playoffs.
