I think Wade is a good coach.
But it DO NOT think he can perform 2 Duties at a time.
The NFL is so close to even that a little miss here and there can lose a game. And someone on the sidelines, not paying full attention(see Washington game) can miss a call or opportunity that can turn a game.
This streak is causing a lot of pressure, and the Team needs someone to oversee it, maybe catch the little things that can be corrected.
Also, i dont believe the Defense is quite as good as last year.
I dont think Wade can do both. He's too busy with one or the other to pay the attention to detail that is needed to straighten this crap out.
Best Case Scenario: Wade steps down as HC and jerry hires someone who has experience and will keep Wade as DC, where he belongs. Not going to happen, i know.
Best Case Scenerio #2:Wade promotes someone he TRUSTS to run the Defense while he pays attention Full Time to his HC duties. This is most likely to happen.
For those of you who dont remember: His Dad Bum was fired after the 1980 season for "not hiring an Offensive Coordinator". Yes Dad was calling the plays. I see it happening here also.
