I don't know why anyone is really surprised with the outcome of this game. It's the team in a nutshell all year. Roller coaster after roller coaster. Teams/players like that are worthless IMO.

Prescot is horrible, he's an average Joe QB who ISN'T going to get to a SB unless he buys a ticket. As for Diggs, he's got some bad habits that have to be addressed.

They allowed 13 points. Dak gave them 6 points.

Defense kept them out of the end zone all day.

This definitely wasn’t on the defense. They showed up and they played well enough to win. Without an amazing first half effort this could have been a blowout in the first half. Offense burped up a hair ball. Dak was a disaster.
But they did let up some long time consuming drives. I am in NO way but l saying this game isn’t on Dak. But part of the reason the defense was on the field so long was their inability to get off the field on third down from about 3 minutes left in the 3rd.

The game is on dak. 100%. It falls on his shoulders. Defense played good enough to win but that said I’ve never really trusted them in a key spot all year against elite competition and tonight they couldn’t get stops either when we really really needed them in nut crunching time.

Our offense is pretty bad as far as skill players minus Pollard and Lamb.

SF could not run the ball the way they normally do, our defense held on both turnovers, other than Diggs who makes too many business decisions, our D showed up to play. this game probably gets Quinn a HC job.

one of the better defensive performances i’ve seen in awhile. they outmuscled and out physicalled the 9ers and we’re straight up bullying them. diggs had 2 game changing miscues unfortunately
