I think dallas has nailed draft after 3 rounds. But they still needed to come away from this draft with 5-6 starters (If you factor in Witten now). There was noway they were going to get that many starters in 1 draft. Dallas will have war chest of salary cap money next year and will need to address TE, DE, DT & S in next year draft & FA.

The good news is Jerry was essentially put in his corner with his rocking chair and blanked and played nice grandpop yesterday. Its amazing how much Dallas drafts make sense when scouts run draft.

2 year rebuild? ********.

I think you mean a re-tool. This team as is can win the NFCE by a wide margin. What really needs to improve now, is the coaching. There are no more excuses. Defense is full of war daddy's and offense is full of RKG. This might be the best Oline the NFL has seen in the salary cap Era.

Win or get the **** out, Garrett

They'll probably compete for the playoffs this year but I agree there are still too many holes on the roster for them to be considered in the class of the Eagles, Rams, Saints, Vikings, etc.

If dallas finishes this draft with good picks and has another solid draft next offseason I can see them making a run for the superbowl next season.

Dallas "as is" has zero chance of un-seating the Eagles unless Wentz retires. Anyone who thinks otherwise is lying to themselves. When you lose Dez Bryant & Jason Witten in two week period...your in a rebuild. Today was baby step in right direction as Jerry sat quickly and didn't force his "project" pick on team.

If Connor Williams is what I think he is we are going to impose our will on defenses. This is the best OL we have had yet. We even have excellent depth at this point with the F.A. acquisitions.

Get a 1 tech, a change of pace RB, another LB, a TE to compete with the others and then sign a F.A. F.S. Vaccaro or Boston and we are good to go.

I think the offense if going to be fun to watch next year and I expect the Defense to be much improved as well.

I think the trap fans fall in to is that they forget about previous drafts. Guys from last years draft and the year before that will get better. This team will be better from within. And as flawed as this team was last season.....let's not kid ourselves. We won 9 games last season being flawed and terrible. With bad qb play, bad receiver play, young defense......You expect to have Zeke for the whole year....instead of Chaz Green you have Fleming and instead of Cooper you have Martin and Connor. You are far more equipped now to take a injury to your offensive line linebackers and not worry about what happened in Atlanta with Claiborne or against LA when our linebackers watched Gurley run all over them.

Funny you bring those teams up......none of them made the playoffs a year prior except I believe the Vikings. This is a year to year league. More than likely one or more of those teams won't even be in the playoffs this year.

Let me guess, you’re a Garrett fan.

DL is not an issue. Even for all the whinging about 1T Price and Ash were just fine last year. Irvin and DLaw are game changers. Taco and Collins have potential and are already solid. Crawford is solid. Ealy, Tapper, and maybe Gregory are there.

If you look at rosters across the NFL, no one has a complete deep roster. We at least have players at S and TE. There is a lot of question marks about whether or not Swaim, Rico, Jarwin, Woods, and Frazier can develop but there are prospects sire but we had gaping holes at MIKE and LG.

We have the potential to control the los on both sides of the ball. Our front 7 has the talent to be outstanding. Irving, DLaw, Collins, Taco, Lee, LVE, Smith. The OL talent speaks for itself. Zeke is world class and if Dak and the young secondary can step up we have a shot to win a lot of games.

Philly won last year, but I don't see a large disparity in talent between the two teams. As long as Dez... hold on. With Witten...my bad.

I will admit that both players will be missed, but this a pro sport with paid atheletes to perform in spite of any changes. Dallas will be alright.

With Lee we beat the Rams, Eagles had 1 pick in 3 rounds so far and haven't improved..... Plus we get Zeke back who hasn't lost to Philly, Dak has never lost to Cousins so Vikings isn't way out our league either, Saints will be tough but Brees is older and we have a passing defense with some rushers to help.

Haha you do know that Zeke hasn't lost to Philly when he has played. Not only that Wentz is unknown right now with his injury
