I would love to have it blown up as well, but unless that includes changing our GM and owner, then there will be no true fundamental change and we will continue to lose. Jerry can hire Belichick or any other coach and it will make any difference as long as he’s micromanaging the team constantly.

The same gm gave huge contracts to two different qbs who just couldn’t deliver when it mattered
