We know the guy is under appreciated...heck, even around here some people don't value him enough..

Of course this isn't the best case scenario for the team or for fans..but for romo and his image..this is the best thing that could have ever happened...

The guy is surrounded by imbeciles...on every level..from management down to coaches to his peers on this team...

Now the task in front of him is rough..but if he guy can soehow manage to pull this organization out from the dead...he just might change the perception of him

100% agreed. And I expect him to have "legend" status by the end of it. I see him winning out. He and Witt know how bad it hurts to lose at this point.

As far as the perception of Romo is concerned, the best thing that could have happened was us winning at least a couple of those games. If history tells us anything, it's that feeble minds tend to focus only on the loss that finally eliminates the team, without any understanding of what led to that point.

Anybody who knows football already knew how good Romo is.

One of the guys on the Dan Patrick show said today Romo should be in the MVP race simply by his absence because he virtually has the same impact as putting up great numbers.

I thought that was a pretty interesting take.

Yeah, I've thought if he comes back and even has them in the playoff hunt he should be in the conversation. Or at least beat out JJ Watt. :roll eyes:
