In the unlikely event that a QB has not been selected by our pick, I could see someone overpaying to move up and get their pick of the QB's. I don't think that will happen, but it isn't outside the realm of possibility. In fact it is more likely this year than any year in recent memory.

That is always true, but this year it seems that the perceived value of a tier of players is much more uniform than in recent years. So in the case of this draft, quantity may actually mean more than quality if the difference in quality is infintesimally small.
