lol watching the poll has brought me so much joy! 21 years on this forum and it’s the first time I can recall this ever happening.
Yep, the poll currently sits at 94% NO.

I honestly cant remember any poll on this site being this lopsided...................kinda wild when you think about it.

It's true actually. Jerry has united us in hate.

We're all on the same page with Dak now, too.

It's the first time in a long time.

Last year we had multiple polls where 90%+ of participants were not happy with Dak Prescott as the Cowboys QB. So far 93% of participants don't like this hire.

So not the first time we're almost all on the same page but there will always be kool-aid drinkers and Jerry PR bots to support anything this joke organization does.
the site is always gonna be split on Dak though. This is much different. Because whether you like Dak or not everyone wanted better than what we got at coach.

Fixed.

On one hand, Jerry Jones has made head coaching hires like Jimmy Johnson and Bill Parcells--the latter with strings. On the other hand, Jones has made hires like Barry Switzer, Chan Gailey, Dave Campo, Wade Phillips, Jason Garrett and Mike McCarthy.

It will never be 100% unless everyone acknowledges Dallas has had a management problem, just like virtually all businesses often run into at some point--ESPECIALLY in professional sports. It is not necessary for the acknowledgment being attributed to the last 35 years. It could be a recognition of the last 30 years. Or 20 years. Or ten years. Or, heck, the last five years.

Just some sort of personal acceptance that yes, coaching may not be the best. Yes, players may not be the best. Blah blah blah BUT the person managing the team is not the best too. And has not been the best since day one in my personal opinion.

If that pipe dream consensus ever did happened some day, I could then start dreaming of everyone finally agreeing that the February 1989 through January 2025 Jerry Jones was never senile. That is the other big red herring folks keep hooking to convince themselves why Jones does what he does.

Not me!!! This is the perfect hire to finally fall apart, get some high draft picks, and build a contender!!!

That's IF we can keep Jerry away from CBs, WRs, and injured LBs.

What’s the point of all of that if Jerry is GM? There’s nothing to look forward to while he’s GM. This ain’t a move that’s gonna result in poor play. It’s a move that’s gonna continue mediocrity. 8-9 territory.
