Lamb stays and Gallup goes. Cooks stays. Parsons stays likey. Dak is extended. Not much changes except a few coaches. It’s what players we get in offseason..
Cook needs to go...too small

That game was our reckoning. The bill came due for all of the decisions that were made last year. You can start with the contract we gave Diggs, you can add in last years draft, you can add caving into Martin holding out in camp, you can add waiting so long to get rid of Bossmanfat, you can add putting up with all of Sam Williams foolishness, relying on injured players, I can go on and on and on the list is endless.

Did anyone look at the dumbfound look on Prescott's face. That's what needs to be addressed on offense. If you keep him how do you get that look off his face. Is it a running game, is it more playmakers, is it more OLine? Then based on everything he needs make sure that his contract is adjusted to the lower number. If he claims to want a max contract tell him to go find someone else. Personally I would cut him but I don't see Jerry letting "his guy" go.

What is an "every game" #1.

If you can't acknowledge Lamb as being a real #1 at this point, you never will.

That being said, if I were in charge, I'd blow the whole thing up and that means guys like Parsons and Lamb are movable at the right price.
Parsons CeeDee Bland alloveanle if they renew Dak. Makes no sense to keep all 3 at their cost and hinder cap.

But again, if you don't renew Dak you likely don't make playoffs

Jerry Jones signs Nick Eatman's checks, so of course he is going to tread lightly. He has a great gig. I wouldn't rock that boat either.

Anyone expecting 12-5 again next year is crazy....especially with all the player turnover there is going to be. There couldn't be a more perfect time to blow it up...I wouldn't call ONE player on this team un-tradeable....and that CERTAINLY starts with Parsons....not worth the money and headache....and a close second is CeeDee who is NOT an every game #1....far as Dork goes, let him play next season while letting Lance take EVERY pre-season snap. If that bothers Dork or causes him to wonder why, tough %$#@!!! On a side note, I really wish the media would do their job....Nick Eatman was just on The Fan 105.3 and he sounded like he had just had his nuts removed....would not say ONE thing critical when asked do describe the "culture" of the Cowboys....it was so pathetic, that I may have to apologize to Mickey.
I would trade every player who will cost the team big money for picks and build this team from the inside out. Dak, CD, Parsons, Zak, etc... stock pile all the picks and go to work building from inside out and oh yeah a quality big RB.

I don't think Diggs contract was bad, 5th among CBs.

However you can't carry both him and Bland at those numbers along side of CeeDee and Micah and Dak and field much of a team.

The guy just showed us what he was made of in the playoffs and he holds out early for more money and we reward him for it. It is most definitely part of the reckoning.

So that I can understand you. You think.

1. Trevon Diggs held out?
2. A player must never miss a tackle or drop an int if they would like a second contract?
