Ginn is the only guy we could get without moving up a lot that would have an immediate impact (KR, PR).

I fear this is correct and what Jones was talking about. Branch is the only other "star" likely to fall so far (unless it is Quinn).

Here's another thought: Ginn has said he would rather play defense. (He was formerly a DB). If he could be a corner, his deficient pass routes and questionable hands would not be such a problem. He would still be "wow!" on returns.
