This Is the real reason for Witten's return

He's got 5 months to get himself ready before camp -- he's likely pretty soft by now, so he'd better get clicking.:thumbup:

As far as his broadcasting gig was concerned, I never felt he was terrible but definitely not the answer to Tony, either!

Can't take the possibility of being fired. His self worth must be as vulnerable as his hair line

Of course, there's the possibility that he retired because of Linehan.. Since Linehan is gone and Moore is in, Witten might have been talked into coming back....but I think a large part of it is about that competitive spirit and failing at announcing.

Someone just mentioned in another thread that he made Beasley apologize for quitting. I think he should do the same.
